Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting listening and assisting customers to exceed expectations
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and utilize virtual selling and technology for outreach
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalogues
- Support product launches customer experience initiatives and company projects
- Assist with inventory special events opening and closing store duties as needed
- Maintain professional appearance follow dress presentation and grooming standards
- Communicate openly with store management peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Self starter proactive mindset and passion for learning
- Ability to work in a high pressure selling environment
- Proficient in English other languages a plus
- Passion for the brand and desire to work with customers
