Seasonal Sales Support - Aventura

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering warm client service, supporting sales operations, and enhancing the in-store experience. This role assists with hospitality, wrapping and POS tasks, engraving where applicable, and supports inventory and special projects to ensure smooth store performance during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand-aligned experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchase
• Maintain hospitality area and ensure it is fully stocked orderly and clean
• Lead and manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station where applicable
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas organized
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory counts and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client facing experience such as hospitality
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where position is based
