Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in the boutique including front and back of house tasks, client service assistance, and basic stock handling. The associate maintains merchandise presentation and supports after sales and concierge activities while delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients promptly and assist with questions and point of sale packaging
  • Support sales team with selling process and floor replenishment
  • Hang merchandise, return items to the floor, and retrieve stock
  • Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor supplies
  • Maintain selling floor merchandise standards including straightening and filling in
  • Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities
  • Assist with after sales tasks such as logging repairs and contacting clients
  • Answer phones and provide friendly customer service

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Available for temporary seasonal schedule
