Seasonal Sales Support - Boston Copley

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support (Operations Professional) provides back-of-house operational support for the Boston Copley store, helping to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service. This role performs order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supports sales professionals and management to optimize store performance. The position requires flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by deepening client relationships and capturing client data during interactions.
• Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and transfers of merchandise.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, use reports and systems to assess accuracy, and report discrepancies.
• Clean and handle jewelry, accept and process repairs, and ensure merchandise care and handling.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence and partner with Sales Professionals and management to follow up on client requests.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; organized and able to perform multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on daily business needs and to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and graduate gemologist or GIA coursework.
