Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support (Operations Professional) provides critical back-of-house operational support for the store, enabling exceptional client experiences and supporting sales performance. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, merchandise handling, and partnering with sales professionals and management to meet store objectives. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Clean and prepare jewelry, accept and process repairs, and ensure proper care and handling of merchandise.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Support sales professionals by handling internal and external phone and email correspondence and following up on client requests.
• Capture client data during interactions to help cultivate relationships and optimize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store operational standards, cleanliness, and hospitality to elevate the in-store client experience.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, flexible, and able to perform a variety of tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College or university degree and graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
