Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support (Operations Professional) provides critical back-of-house support for the store, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and merchandise care. This role partners with Sales Professionals and management to support sales objectives and elevate the in-store client experience. The position executes daily operational tasks and communicates with internal teams and clients to resolve service and inventory needs promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and transfers to support store operations.
• Clean and care for jewelry, accept items for repair, and manage merchandise handling per procedures.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; identify and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence; capture client data and assist in cultivating sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Professionals and management to support store sales plans and optimize client service.
• Execute daily operational processes and provide feedback to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, flexible and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist degree.
