Seasonal Sales Support - Century City

Summary

Seasonal Team Member representing the luxury brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client service, hospitality, and support to sales and operations. Role focuses on enhancing client experiences, assisting sales staff with transactions and gifting, and supporting store operations and special projects. Position requires flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to ensure a memorable branded experience
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchase
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station where applicable
• Maintain hospitality area stocked orderly and clean
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized
• Support operations with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client service experience
• Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States or country where position is based
