Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent Tiffany & Co. and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support sales, service, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver a personalized experience consistent with the brand.
• Support hospitality amenities, engraving, waiting lists, and communication of potential service issues.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping, replenish point-of-sale and gifting supplies, and keep sales areas neat and organized.
• Support store operations, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
