Seasonal Sales Support - Century City

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering warm hospitality and memorable client experiences. This role supports sales and operations through guest services, merchandising, point of sale assistance, and special projects during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients to create a memorable luxury retail experience
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and completing POS transactions
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing where applicable
• Stock and maintain hospitality area and POS supplies
• Replenish merchandising and keep sales floor neat and organized
• Support inventory tasks and store operational projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury or client service experience
• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
