Seasonal Sales Support - Coral Gables

Summary

Seasonal Team Member representing the brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client service and hospitality to create memorable in-store experiences. Support sales and operations through client assistance, POS tasks, and special projects to help the store run smoothly during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable brand experience
• Provide hospitality and maintain amenities to enhance client experience
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list if applicable
• Box, wrap, and prepare sold items and replenish gifting supplies
• Perform POS functions and keep POS stations and sales floor organized
• Communicate potential service issues to management
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Previous retail luxury retail or client-facing experience such as hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the role is based
