Seasonal Team Member representing a luxury jeweler during the holiday season, providing exceptional client service and enhancing the in-store experience through hospitality, operational support, and sales assistance. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, delivering a memorable brand experience.
- Support hospitality areas by stocking and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and POS replenishment.
- Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized.
- Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
- Assist with engraving station when applicable.
- Support inventory tasks and special operational projects as needed.
- Help ensure store operational policies and after sales servicing are followed.
- Keep sales floor areas and POS stations organized and neat.
Requirements
- Previous retail or luxury retail or client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
