Summary
Seasonal Team Member serving as a brand ambassador during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and supporting store operations and sales activities at the Hudson Yards location. Role focuses on hospitality, assisting sales and operations teams, and enhancing the client experience in a fast paced luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury experiences.
- Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchase.
- Maintain and stock hospitality areas and ensure cleanliness and order.
- Lead floor waiting list and manage client flow when applicable.
- Assist with engraving station when applicable.
- Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized.
- Communicate potential service issues to management.
- Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous retail luxury or client facing experience such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to perform operational and customer facing tasks during peak season.
