Summary

Seasonal Sales Support provides exceptional client service during the holiday season by representing the brand, assisting sales and operations teams, and ensuring a memorable in-store experience. This role supports sales activities, hospitality areas, and operational tasks including engraving assistance, wrapping, and POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS duties after purchases
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Maintain hospitality area stocked orderly and clean
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas organized
• Communicate potential service issues with management
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
