Summary

Seasonal Sales Support embodies the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client service, hospitality, and operational support on the sales floor. This role assists sales and operations teams with gifting, POS functions, inventory tasks, and client interactions to create memorable experiences. The position requires flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable luxury experience
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchase
• Maintain hospitality area and ensure it is stocked orderly and clean
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station where applicable
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
• Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize balance multiple tasks and work in a fast paced changing environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
