Seasonal Sales Support - Rockefeller Center

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support team member represents Tiffany & Co. during the holiday season and helps create memorable client experiences. This role supports sales and store operations through hospitality, client assistance, and point-of-sale and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing hospitality and store amenities.
• Support the engraving station and manage the floor waiting list when applicable.
• Keep hospitality areas, point-of-sale stations, and sales floor areas stocked, clean, and organized.
• Assist with boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale functions, inventory, after-sales servicing, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support store operating procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and serve a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
