Seasonal Sales Support - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support partners with store management and sales teams to support the full client experience and store operations, acting as a brand ambassador both front of house and back of house. The role involves retrieving and delivering product, executing product care requests, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting inventory and operational tasks to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
• Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor.
• Execute product care requests including ticket creation as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising, organizing and repositioning displays.
• Support inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
• Perform BOH organization and product go-backs.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment.
• Follow company policies and respect brand grooming and behavior standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Client oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and dependable work ethic.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
