Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support in SoHo represents the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences through hospitality, sales assistance, and operational support. The role focuses on enhancing customer service, assisting with gifting services, and supporting store operations to ensure a seamless client journey.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury experiences.
  • Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchases.
  • Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
  • Assist with engraving station and gifting supplies where applicable.
  • Keep hospitality areas stocked orderly and clean.
  • Replenish POS and sales floor supplies and maintain neat workstations.
  • Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
  • Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Available to work nights weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail luxury retail or client service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
