Summary
The Seasonal Sales Support partners with store teams to support the client experience and store operations, working both front of house and back of house to ensure seamless service and visual standards during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated personalized client experience.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
- Support BOH organization and product assortment go-backs.
- Participate as a team player in activities contributing to store objectives.
- Follow company policies procedures and maintain brand grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Dependable punctual and flexible with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and solve problems effectively.
