Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and deliver memorable service consistent with the brand
• Assist clients with boxing wrapping and personalization services
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and maintain neat POS stations and sales floor areas
• Perform POS functions after purchase when appropriate
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed
• Conduct one-on-one selling ceremonies when approved by management

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 familiarity with Service Channel a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
