Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand and create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They welcome and assist clients, support sales and store operations, and help maintain an organized and hospitable sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients while providing a memorable experience and personalized hospitality.
• Support engraving, waiting lists, and communication with management about client service needs.
• Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping purchases, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
• Support store operations, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience, such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
