Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the luxury brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences through welcoming service, hospitality, and support for sales and store operations. This role assists the sales and operations teams with client interactions, gift services, and maintaining store presentation during high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable experiences aligned with the brand.
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchase.
• Maintain hospitality area and ensure amenities are stocked orderly and clean.
• Assist with engraving station and lead floor waiting list when applicable.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas organized.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury or client facing experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
