Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Team Member representing the brand during the holiday season by providing memorable client experiences through hospitality, client service, and supporting sales and store operations. Role includes assisting with engraving, POS tasks, gift wrapping, inventory support, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor during high volume periods.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to create personalized luxury experiences.
  • Support sales team with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
  • Perform POS functions after client purchases and maintain organized POS stations.
  • Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable.
  • Maintain hospitality area stocked orderly and clean.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
  • Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous retail luxury or client facing experience such as hospitality.
  • Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
