Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members embody the brand and provide exceptional client service during the holiday season, creating memorable experiences through hospitality and sales support. This role supports sales floor operations, assists with engraving and gifting services, and helps maintain store presentation and client flow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable luxury experience
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchases
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Maintain hospitality area and ensure it is stocked orderly and clean
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas neat
• Communicate service issues to management regarding waiting clients
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
