Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. through welcoming, memorable client interactions during the holiday season. They support sales, hospitality, and store operations to help deliver a distinctive luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, provide hospitality, and support personalized client experiences.
• Assist with engraving, manage floor waiting lists, and keep hospitality areas stocked and orderly.
• Support sales teams with boxing and wrapping, replenishing supplies, maintaining POS stations, and processing transactions after purchase decisions.
• Assist with store operations, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and help maintain neat, organized sales floor areas.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience, such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
