Seasonal Sales Support - Waikiki

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. This role focuses on hospitality, assisting sales and operations teams, and supporting store functioning during peak periods. Team members must be adaptable, customer focused, and able to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients providing memorable luxury brand experiences
• Improve client experience through hospitality and store amenities
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Ensure hospitality area is stocked orderly and clean
• Communicate potential service issues to management
• Assist sales team with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
• Perform POS functions after client purchases are finalized
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Ability to follow operational policies and maintain store standards
• Authorization to work in the United States
