Role includes assisting sales and operations teams with customer interactions, gift services, and store presentation during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to provide a memorable brand experience.
• Support client hospitality and maintain service areas stocked and orderly.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable.
• Box, wrap, and prepare purchases and replenish POS and gifting supplies.
• Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after sales servicing.
• Assist operations team with policies, procedures, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client-facing experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
