Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the busy holiday season. This role helps create an exceptional client experience by welcoming customers, addressing their needs, and connecting them with appropriate services and associates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with associates based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs and process point-of-sale transactions.
• Address customer concerns and follow up on requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
• Introduce clients to relevant services, including alterations, personalization, and package carry-out or delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
