Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. This role welcomes clients, assists across store areas, and supports customer service and sales needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on customer requests.
• Connect escalated concerns with management and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Introduce clients to available services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
