Summary

Seasonal Selling Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional customer service while using digital tools and in-store technology. Role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager, focusing on styling, outreach, and achieving sales goals. This position is seasonal and commission-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized selling and styling.
• Achieve personal sales goals, client conversion, and wardrobing targets.
• Use digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to drive sales.
• Conduct outreach and connect with clients via social media and digital tools.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge both in person and remotely.
• Strategize personal business to increase productivity and sales.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with team members.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail, styling, or related selling roles.
• Experience with technology and selling using digital tools.
• Commission sales experience preferred or required.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours as required for a seasonal role.
