Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an inviting and guest ready store environment
- Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Guide clients through the client journey to drive repeat business
- Capture and maintain client data and relationships
- Initiate client follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated customer empathy and commitment to delivering excellence
