Seasonal Selling Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated in-store and digital selling, delivering exceptional customer service, and acting as a trusted style confidante. This onsite role uses technology and omni-channel tools to engage clients, drive sales, and meet personal performance goals during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized selling and outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Use digital tools, social media, and store technology for client engagement and sales
• Succeed in both in-person and remote selling scenarios
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business activities to increase individual productivity
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail, styling, or related selling roles
• Commission sales experience and a track record of meeting sales goals
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Motivated with strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including seasonal hours
• Eligible to work onsite at the San Antonio store location
