Responsibilities
- Engage clients to identify needs and provide personalized beauty consultations and applications
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals and department targets
- Actively use online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
- Participate on social media to grow personal brand and client base
- Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket
- Proactively offer in-store services to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter space and professional image
- Collaborate with team members and Account Executives to support store objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Ability to perform professional makeup consultations and applications
- Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling and business growth
- Skilled at asking questions to uncover client needs and recommend solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to maintain counter standards and perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
