The Beauty Advisor provides an elevated client experience through personalized product and service recommendations, makeup application, and clienteling to drive sales and grow business. This role focuses on achieving individual and department sales goals while maintaining counter standards and representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to identify needs and provide personalized beauty consultations and applications
• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals and department targets
• Actively use online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
• Participate on social media to grow personal brand and client base
• Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket
• Proactively offer in-store services to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter space and professional image
• Collaborate with team members and Account Executives to support store objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to perform professional makeup consultations and applications
• Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling and business growth
• Skilled at asking questions to uncover client needs and recommend solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to maintain counter standards and perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
