Summary

The Fifth Avenue Club Consultant drives individual personal shopping business by providing outstanding service in an exclusive space, establishing new client accounts, and building club sales volume under the direction of the Stylist Manager or Club Director. The role requires adherence to company standards and proactive business development to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop strong client relationships and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Recruit new club members and grow sales through club events and outreach.
• Generate and share ideas with Club Directors to develop individual business opportunities.
• Use company online clientele tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Work toward meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Participate in ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the club and store.
• Leverage social media and technology to engage clients and drive business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a luxury customer-focused sales environment.
• Proven experience working with sales quotas and comfort meeting targets.
• Strong networking, relationship building, and client service skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and diplomatic problem-solving abilities.
• Technology savvy with familiarity using online clientele resources and social media.
