Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and digital outreach (text and social media).
• Achieve sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with the team on merchandising and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy, sensitivity, and a body-positive approach to intimate apparel fittings.
• Self-motivated, driven to meet sales goals, and comfortable using technology and networking to drive sales.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with flexible availability based on business needs.
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
