Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools (text, social media).
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product.
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills; self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals; able to prioritize in a fast-paced team environment.
• Organized with strong follow-through and availability for a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending/reaching, use of hands, and lifting up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
