The role helps keep the department customer ready through merchandising tasks and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow the Nordstrom Rewards program
• Provide styling and fit guidance and personalized service to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and do light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and support other departments as needed
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment and maintain organization and follow through

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self motivated, goal oriented, with a strong interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Flexible availability based on business needs
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
