Seasonal Selling Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the Saks Fifth Avenue selling team during the seasonal period. This role enhances the client experience through attentive service, sales support, and assistance across store areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with associates based on their service needs.
• Serve in different store areas and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Follow up on customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services in partnership with store teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with the ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
