Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer service and contribute to sales goals in a Ralph Lauren retail store. They share fashion and product knowledge while helping maintain an inclusive, polished shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance objectives.
• Assist customers with styling, fitting rooms, sizing, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards, and support replenishment and floor sets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, complete assigned training, and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
