Seasonal Visual Merchandiser - Irvine Spectrum Center

Summary

Seasonal Visual Merchandiser responsible for creating and maintaining eye catching fashion displays and implementing visual merchandising strategies to reflect current trends and store directives. This role partners with department managers to teach and uphold visual standards and supports in store promotional events and lighting programs. The schedule varies weekly based on business needs and store events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of directional displays customized for the store
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for store promotional events
• Support successful execution of the in store lighting program
• Build and assemble visual props and displays as needed
• Use ladders drills box knives and other tools safely during installations

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other miscellaneous tools
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
