The Seasonal Visual Merchandiser creates and maintains eye-catching in-store presentations that reflect current fashion trends and store visual standards. This role partners with department managers to implement merchandising direction, installs trim and window displays for promotions, and supports lighting and prop construction as needed. The schedule is flexible and varies by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of visual direction for the store
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support successful execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize visual presentations as appropriate to the store and promotions
• Use basic construction skills for building and assembling visual props
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills preferred for building and assembling props
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other tools safely
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
