Summary

The Selling Associate provides personalized customer service and style advice while supporting sales goals at a luxury off-price retailer. The role builds customer relationships, shares product knowledge, and helps maintain an appealing and well-organized selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise, provide product knowledge, and help customers find items suited to their needs.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and promote loyalty programs and store credit.
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, process markdowns, and display merchandise to brand standards.
• Support sales goals, store events, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a proven sales track record.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Fashion knowledge, a results-driven mindset, and ability to operate point-of-sale and store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
