Summary
Lead and oversee store operations to ensure efficient merchandise flow from delivery to display while supporting sales floor associates and maintaining stockroom organization. Drive operational excellence through receiving, inspecting, tagging, replenishment, and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive unpack and inspect incoming shipments and verify pricing and tagging.
- Place merchandise on sales floor or in stock room and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Execute replenishment activities and manage ISOS reports and reticketing processes.
- Support sales team by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise.
- Lead operational training and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and seasonal floor changes to meet brand standards.
- Coordinate back of house and sales floor processes to improve efficiency and meet UPH targets.
- Lead projects to optimize processes and integrate technology for improved operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies including health and safety and risk management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge of retail operations and policies.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- Ability to maneuver on sales floor stock and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
- Experience executing visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
- Ability to enforce company policies and support compliance efforts.
