Summary
The Boutique Selling Supervisor will lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences, support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, and maintain high visual and operational standards at the Vancouver Oakridge Shopping Centre.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with personalized service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate customers and team members.
- Foster and maintain relationships with VIP and loyal clients through clienteling strategies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet individual and team targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
- Oversee daily store operations including stock management and loss prevention.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma required; postsecondary degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of luxury products, market trends, and high-end customer service expectations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools.
- Clienteling and relationship-building skills focused on VIP clientele.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to provide proof of eligibility.
