Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Perform opening and closing of the store and keyholder duties
• Maintain organized stockroom and oversee inventory accessibility
• Assist management with day to day store operations and staff oversight
• Implement visual display and merchandising as directed
• Enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies
• Manage cash registers safe procedures and timely bank deposits
• Oversee store maintenance cleaning and presentation of fixtures and supplies
• Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
