Selling Supervisor

As a Selling Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Antioch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to display. Your responsibilities include receiving and unpacking shipments, inspecting items for damage, verifying pricing, and tagging items as necessary. You will strategically place merchandise on the sales floor or in the stock room, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting sales floor associates by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise. Your efforts will ensure that customers enjoy a premium shopping experience.

• Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service while supporting front and back of house operations.
• Provide ideas to implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiencies.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead operational training for brand ambassadors to uphold company standards and values.
• Provide recommendations to develop and implement performance processes to track and improve team productivity.
• Support in talent talks with the leadership team and provide opportunities for learning through targeted development activities.
• Coordinate processes between Back of House and Sales Floor to ensure operational efficiency.
• Process incoming inventory, execute price updates, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Manager to plan and execute seasonal visual changes.
• Support leaders on risk management policies to mitigate potential operational risks.

• 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Technology; POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
