Summary
The Senior Analyst - Industrial Performance drives industrial transformation by leveraging data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and support change initiatives. This role leads analytical workstreams, develops KPI reports and Power BI solutions, and partners cross-functionally to define and implement performance improvement plans. The Senior Analyst prepares executive-ready analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support analytical workstreams across cross-functional industrial projects to identify issues and improvement levers.
- Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into structured insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations.
- Define implementation plans and roadmaps, track progress against milestones, and support issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions including data modeling and DAX.
- Build advanced Excel models, scenario analyses, and prepare high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and compliance with reporting guidelines and demonstrate safety leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, industrial performance, consulting, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive implementation of change initiatives.
