Senior Associate Designer - Lauren Accessories

As a Senior Associate Designer for the Lauren brand, you will play a crucial role in the design team, contributing both creatively and technically. You will help maintain and track the ongoing development of accessories throughout each season, ensuring alignment with current trends and brand standards.

• Stay current and aware of ongoing trends, both competitive and luxury.
• Conduct shape and animation research at the start of each season.
• Sketch and create full-scale specs for new handbag, small leather goods, and belt styles.
• Utilize CAD and re-color styles in Photoshop.
• Create full-scale animation layouts in Illustrator.
• Assist in creating and maintaining seasonal linesheets and ministat decks.
• Coordinate print and color tie-backs with the RTW team.

• Experience in accessory design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
