Senior Client Advisor - Tribeca

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Tribeca location, you will be responsible for achieving company objectives with a focus on client development and sales. You will exemplify customer service excellence, adhere to visual merchandising standards, and oversee store operations in the absence of management.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage client relationships consistent with brand standards.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Grow existing client base and reach new prospects through networking.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store, conducting all procedures.
• Utilize local market knowledge of clientele base and competitors.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods.
• Established clientele following preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment with flexible scheduling.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work ethic and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
