Summary
Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering a sophisticated client experience and supporting boutique leadership at the Beverly Center location. Role includes coaching the sales team, maintaining brand standards, driving store KPIs, and acting as a role model while occasionally performing manager on duty tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, tailored service to clients and execute the sales ceremony.
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, and consignment.
- Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates.
- Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
- Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support boutique operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men's ready to wear.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results driven with demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and use CRM tools.
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and act as a role model for the team.
