Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and key performance indicators while developing and maintaining client relationships. This role sets the example for customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards and oversees store and staff in the absence of Store Management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards
- Grow existing clients and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks, projects, and participate in special events
- Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures
- Provide local market knowledge of clientele and competitors
- Oversee store and staff when the most senior presence in the store
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail experience in a boutique or high end goods environment
- Established clientele following preferred
- Availability for open scheduling including seven day operations
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor aligned with brand lifestyle
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
- Ability to handle customer interactions and concerns professionally
